Terms & Conditions for Bouncy Castle Hire
Before hiring a bouncing castle or inflatable equipment from us, please take a moment to read the terms and conditions below. These guidelines are designed to ensure the safety of all children and the proper use of our equipment.
Safe Use of Bouncy Castles
- Our bouncing castles are intended for use by children only, up to a maximum age of 14 years. Adult use is not permitted.
- All footwear, jewellery, glasses, badges and sharp objects must be removed before entering the bouncing castle.
- Climbing, hanging from, or sitting on the walls or netting is strictly prohibited.
- A responsible adult must supervise the bouncing castle at all times during use.
- No one should be on the inflatable while it is being inflated or deflated.
- Pets, toys, food, drinks, or sharp items must not be allowed on or near the bouncing castle.
- A clear space of at least 2 metres (6 feet) must be maintained around the inflatable at all times.
- If the jumping area becomes wet or slippery, the bouncing castle should not be used.
- In cases of unsuitable weather conditions, hire charges remain payable for services already provided.
Responsibility & Liability
- All users of the bouncing castle do so entirely at their own risk.
- The person or organisation hiring the inflatable accepts full responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
These rules are in place to protect everyone involved. It is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all safety instructions are followed for the full duration of the hire.
We cannot accept liability for injuries or damage caused by improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to comply with these terms.
